Ayisha Khan is the founder and director of AYWELL Developments, a company built on her vision of transforming commercial spaces into vibrant, modern homes. With a strong background in financial services, Ayisha brings extensive management experience, having led transformation programmes for international banks and investment management firms.
Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2014 with the launch of her first consultancy business, specialising in IT and compliance. Motivated by her passion for business and a keen understanding of gaps in the property market, Ayisha founded AYWELL Developments to focus on commercial-to-residential conversions-creating homes that meet the needs of contemporary urban living.
AYWELL thrives on collaboration. The company brings together a team of property professionals with expertise in design, planning, and construction. Our network includes architects, surveyors, planning consultants, construction manager and interior designers-working in unison to turn our development vision into reality.
